Testing Dates
The next test is March 13, fees must be in by Feb 18. The study guide is $75.00. June 12, fee must be paid by May 18. Sept. 11, fees due by by August the 18, and Dec. 11, and fees due by Nov. 18.
We will be presenting Ethics, Cultural Divrsity and HIV/Aids w/shops the end of Feb.
The deadline for the money to be in for date of June 13th is May 15th. No money will be accepted after this date.
ALL recertifications will be $125.00 and will include the International Certification from IC&RC.

The testing location is on 18th St., a one story building with double doors, BY St. Luke's Hospital in Phoenix but NOT in the main building. Do Not enter in the Behavioral Health Building. When you pay I will send you a map.

Perhaps I am missing something. Can you please clarify what the line of text below refers to, under Testing Dates?

Two lines up it gives a June 12 test date, and a May 18th fee deadline, but what do 6/13 and 5/15 refer to?
